Unplug your machine from the power supply and let it cool down before assembling the Profitec E61 Flow Profile Valve
1. Unscrew the mushroom with an open-end wrench sized 36mm across flats.Caution:Â Be careful to avoid scratches!2. Screw the new profiling valve P1025 in, at the position of the Mushroom.3. Unscrew the screw with a 5mm hex key.4. Mount the pressure gauge P1026 where the hex key screw was inserted. the Teflon seal of the screw has to be reused. It is recommended to use FDA-approved thread sealing too.Caution:Â Do not fasten the gauge to right, to avoid damaging to the thread.5. Close the valve by rotating the bolt clockwise completely.6. Place the bushing to point in the desired direction for the closed position onto the spindle.7. Screw the ball grip in and tighten it.8. Unscrew the purebred-cylinder at the lower brew group with an open-end wrench sized 36mm9. Exchange the spring to the supplied P1029-spring10. Insert the valve spindle in the purebred-cylinder and reassemble it to the lower brew group.

Lightly fill the portafilter basket to the top
Use your finger to gently even out the grounds
Lightly press the tamper into the grounds and find a good center point
Evenly apply approximately 30 lbs of pressure to the grounds
Tap the side of the portafilter to reveal loose grounds
Lightly tamp these loose grounds into place

To get your machine up and running faster, you can activate the Fast Heat-Up mode. Regardless of this, you have the option to program automatic switch-on and switch-off times.
The built-in Flow Control valve allows you to regulate the water flow to the brew group and also to change it during brewing (Flow Control). Various settings are available for in active and passive pre-infusion modes to achieve the best possible extraction result.

The GO is a compact single boiler machine with a ring brew group.
1,2, 3…GO: After a very short heating phase, the machine is ready to make your espresso.
Press & GO: The espresso extraction, the steam mode activation and switching the machine on and off, simply at the touch of a button.
Never lose Control: The display shows the coffee brewing time to the second. The PID temperature control also allows you to set the desired temperature for coffee extraction and steam. The brewing pressure can be adjusted on the easily accessible expansion valve. In addition, a reminder can be set to display when to clean it if you wish.
