The slow drip thoroughly extracts the flavor of the coffee. It is designed to compliment modern interior design. The coffee strength can be changed by adjusting the faucet.

Usage: Water and ice (or just water) go in the top chamber, coffee in the middle (pre-saturated with water) and, with the aid of a metal valve on the base of the top chamber, you just start dripping. We suggest one drip every 1-1.5 seconds, which gives a brew time of 5-7 hours.

• The cold brewing system delivers the full coffee flavor and rich aroma by slowly dripping cold water through finely-ground coffee.
• Brewing your coffee with cold water preserves delicate flavor ingredients while eliminating bitter oils and acids that are usually extracted when brewing at higher temperatures.
• A precision metal faucet controls the drip, ensuring the best drop-by-drop brewing.
• Coffee flows through the stainless-steel filter into the heat-treated glass pot below, resulting in a pure, richly flavored cup.
• Makes concentrated coffee ideal for iced beverages or serves as a ‘cold drip’ neat over ice.
